Mr ZHU Xiao-hui, was born in Tianjin China in 1963. He received the B.S. degree from Tianjin University (China), the M.S. degree from K.U. Leuven (Belgium), and the Ph.D. degree from Tianjin University. At present, he is Deputy Chief Engineer of Tianjin Electric Power Research Institute, Senior Engineer. |
